Currently, we’re seeking a Mid Python Developer to join a long-term Fintech project focused on managing high-value private investment portfolios. You will work on a robust platform used by an established international asset management firm, helping expand its backend capabilities using Python, and related technology.

The project is planned for minimum 1 year, with potential long-term collaboration.

 

Get ready to...

• Design and build robust backend solutions using Python and the Flask framework, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Develop and maintain integrations with relational and time-series databases such as MSSQL and InfluxDB to support data-driven applications.

• Leverage Docker to containerize applications, streamline development workflows, and support scalable deployments.

• Implement efficient search functionalities using TypeSense, ensuring fast and relevant search results for end-users.

• Work with Redis to handle caching and improve the performance of backend services, with a focus on speed and responsiveness.

• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements that raise the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with best practices in Python development, modern backend architecture, and relevant tools in our tech stack.

 

If you have…

• Strong expertise in Python, particularly with the Flask framework for backend development

• Practical experience with MSSQL for relational data handling

• Experience using Docker for containerization and application deployment

• Familiarity with InfluxDB for working with time-series data

• A collaborative attitude and ability to contribute effectively to a development team

• Experience with TypeSense for implementing search capabilities (nice-to-have)

• Basic knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization (nice-to-have)

• An interest in optimizing backend performance and system architecture (nice-to-have)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of English at least at a B2 level
